Terms of Works

Terms and Conditions:

** Price quoted is based on activation during office hour 10am – 6pm local time.


** Price quoted are for activation of Hands & Legs services by Level 1 Engineer.


** After office hours, weekend and Public Holiday work rates will apply, whenever applicable.


** Basic tape label will be provided under basic tools. Any specific printers (e.g. Brady, etc) and other tools required by the customer to be quoted separately.


** Customer is reponsible for steplader to be available during on-site.


** Customer is reponsible for ensuring ready site access clearance and readiness based on the the arranged schedule day/time.


** Additional charges may imply if work team is activated but not able to perform work based on the the arranged schedule, due to site access/customer issues.


** Prices quoted will be limited to the scope of work for above BOM only. Any additional mandays or other work required, charges will be quoted separately.


** 3-5 days advance notification is required for resources activation.


**For any job postponement/rescheduling/cancellation, please provide at least 3 working days of advance notice. Else, cancellation charges apply. Cancellation with less than 3 working days notice before the scheduled activity will impose 50% of the reservation, and cancellation with less than 1 working day notice before the scheduled activity will impose 100% of the reservation.


** Prices will be subjected to Government Service Taxes/VAT, wherever applicable.


- Exclusive:


** Prices quoted are not inclusive of materials and consumables. All materials and consumables to be provided by customer/End User. A quote can be requested for the purchase of these items seperately.


** The price quoted are not inclusive of returning decom devices out of onsite location. It only covers handover at the onsite location within same day of activity and within same building. Otherwise, a waste disposal/relocation fee will apply.


** Waste disposal fees will be charged separately if no appropriate waste areas are available onsite. All customary certificates or other proof of proper disposal for disposals will be charged separately.


** Basic Tools will be provided, any specific tools not listed in SOW (e.g OTDR/specific printer and labels/BER Tester/etc) will be provided by the customer.


** Prices quoted do not include access of sites still within construction phase or if any special work permits required.


** Prices quoted do not include work conducted in special environments like satellite stations or cable towers.


** Any devices with sizes 6RU and above, server lift to be provided onsite by the Customer.


** Assumes no structural work: Carpentry, power extensions, trunking, drilling, and any civil works are not included.

**報價為一級工程師啟動手腳服務的費用。


**非辦公時間、週末和公共假期將以適用工時費率計費。


**基本工具包含基本標籤膠帶。客戶所需的任何特定印表機(例如 Brady 等)和其他工具將另行報價。


**客戶負責在現場提供梯次。


**客戶負責確保根據約定的日期/時間,現場通道暢通無阻,並做好一切準備。


**如果由於現場通道或客戶問題導致工作團隊無法按約定時間完成工作,則可能產生額外費用。


**報價僅限於上述物料清單 (BOM) 所涵蓋的工作範圍。任何額外的工作日或其他工作,將另行報價。


**資源啟動需提前3-5天通知。


**如需延期/改期/取消任何工作,請至少提前3個工作天通知。否則,將收取取消費用。如在預定活動開始前不足3個工作天取消,將收取預訂金額的50%作為取消費用;如在預定活動開始前不足1個工作天取消,將收取預訂金額的100%作為取消費用。


**價格將依適用情況加收政府服務稅/增值稅。


- 不含:


**報價不包含材料和耗材。所有材料和耗材均由客戶/最終用戶提供。如需單獨購買這些物品,可另行詢價。


**報價不包含將拆除設備從現場移出的費用。報價僅包含在同一活動當天且在同一建築物內的現場交接。否則,將收取廢棄物處理/搬遷費用。


** 若現場沒有適當的垃圾處理區域,則需另行收取垃圾處理費用。所有必要的證書或其他妥善處置證明也將另行收費。


** 我們會提供基本工具,但工作說明書 (SOW) 中未列出的任何特定工具(例如 OTDR/特定印表機和標籤/誤碼率測試儀等)均由客戶提供。


** 報價不包含仍在施工階段的場地准入費用,也不包含任何特殊工作許可費用。


** 報價不包含在衛星站或電纜塔等特殊環境下進行的工作。


** 任何 6RU 及以上的設備,以及伺服器升降機,均需由客戶現場提供。


** 假設不包含任何結構性工作:木工、電力延長、線槽鋪設、鑽孔及任何土建工程均不包含在內。


PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS AS FOLLOWS:


1. Payment in advance is required, unless credit terms is approved.


2. Cheques to be made payable to "AXISION HONG KONG".


3. Delivery : 8 to 10 weeks after confirmation of order, unless specified.


4. Purchases are subjected to AXISION HONG KONG's Terms and Conditions of Sale.


5. No cancellation/ charges of orders will be entertained unless otherwise agreed and notified in the form of writing by AXISION HONG KONG. Should an order or items of an order be cancelled, a cancellation charge of 50% of product/ services value will be imposed.


6. This Quotation will be deemed as an Official Purchase Order once signed and faxed or sent back to AXISION HONG KONG.


付款條款及細則如下:


1. 除已核准的信用條款外,需預付貨款。


2. 支票抬頭請寫「AXISION HONG KONG」。


3. 交貨期:訂單確認後8至10週,除非另有規定。


4. 所有採購均受 AXISION HONG KONG 銷售條款及細則的約束。


5. 除非 AXISION HONG KONG 另行書面同意並通知,否則不接受任何訂單取消/費用。如取消訂單或訂單中的部分商品,將收取商品/服務價值50%的取消費用。


6. 本報價單經簽署並透過傳真或郵件寄回 AXISION HONG KONG 後,即視為正式採購訂單。
